The Earth Partners develops and manages the monetization of PES credits on behalf of clients and partners using strategies that minimize and sometimes remove future liabilities of delivering long-term verification to PES credit purchasers.
With many of our projects, we are able to strategically bundle smaller projects through the aggregation of contiguous land holdings, thus enabling larger economies of scale to reduce transaction costs and facilitate financing needs. The goal of this and other optimization strategies is to provide maximum conservation and natural resource values with maximum financial returns to clients and partners.
The Earth Partners also strives to create projects that offer trading premiums. For example, through the application of our Soil Carbon Quantification Methodology, The Earth Partners’ soil carbon credits are positioned to trade at substantial premiums. Thus, projects structured to utilize the soil method are able to attract project financing to fund meaningful restoration activities and low carbon management practices.
