David Tepper

David Tepper serves as the CEO of The Earth Partners. Previously, David served as Head of Markets for Climate Change Capital in London from 2005-2007, where he built a team of thirty five investment professionals. During this time he invested over €500 million and managed over €800 million in investments across a number of renewable energy projects such as waste-to-energy and methane gas capture. David is a senior executive at Forest Trends, which is a Washington, D.C.-based NGO specializing in project-based activities that inform policy and build capacity in emerging markets for payment for ecosystem services. David also advises several large family offices on their sustainable land investments and philanthropic initiatives. David also served as Executive Chairman of the Consodata Group, a 600 person Paris Stock Exchange listed company where he successfully restructured the company and sold the business in 2004. Previously, David worked on over €20 billion of financing transactions as a Director of Investment Banking at Merrill Lynch (London, New York) from 1987-1999.

Reuben Munger

Reuben Munger is currently the Managing Partner of Vision Ridge Partners LLC, a clean energy oriented investment firm active in renewable energy, green building, future utility business models and advanced transportation. Reuben was the co-founder, Chairman and CEO of Bright Automotive, Inc, a start-up electric vehicle company focused on providing economic solutions to commercial and government fleets. Prior to founding Vision Ridge, he was a Managing Director with The Baupost Group LLC. a leading investment firm with over $25 billion in assets. Reuben led the firm’s European investing efforts, co-led the Trading Room Operations Committee and managed investments in telecommunications, media, shipping and other special situations in the United States, Canada and Asia. Reuben is Chairman of Securing America’s Future Energy , a trustee of the Rocky Mountain Institute , a founding member of the Executive Committee of the Electrification Coalition , in addition to serving on the boards of a number of private companies.

Dirk Brinkman

Dirk Brinkman is the co-founder and CEO of the Brinkman & Associates Reforestation Group of companies and its international subsidiaries. Since 1970, Dirk has been a core contributor to the innovation of operational practices and policy in reforestation and ecosystem restoration in Canada and the tropics. He has been a speaker at numerous conferences, forums and workshops, published over one hundred articles and editorials and contributed to many workshops and working committees in forestry. His company, which has planted nearly a billion trees, is the reforestation leader in Canada and is an FSC Resource Manager in Central America. Brinkman now operates in seven countries.

Will Raap

Will Raap is Chairman and Founder of America’s Gardening Resource Inc, the leading gardening products direct marketer in the world with operations in North America, Europe, and South America. As the largest distributor of organic gardening supplies, composting equipment, water-saving solutions, and healthy backyard habitat products, AGR has promoted environmental restoration at home for 25 years. Will also founded the non-profit El Centro Verde agro-forestry training center in Costa Rica and Intervale Center in Vermont.

Charles Taylor

Charles is one of the founding partners of the company, where he led front-end business development, including commodity contracting and sales, corporate partnership development, and the company’s expansion into new markets. With a background in finance, real estate, agriculture, and natural resource development, he is also on the board of Drylands Natural Resource Centre, an agro-forestry and environmental organization in Kenya. Prior to The Earth Partners, Charles consulted for the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation within their agricultural development group, where he worked on input supply chain development and financing issues. A graduate of the University of Virginia, he tries to spend as much time as possible on his farm in Rapidan, Virginia. Charles has previously worked for Bank of America Merrill Lynch in New York and McKinsey & Company, the international management consulting firm.

David Richardson (DR)

DR is a principal at Vision Ridge Partners LLC, a clean energy oriented investment firm active in renewable energy, green building, future utility business models and advanced transportation. DR joined Vision Ridge in 2010 and is responsible for deal sourcing, deal structuring and negotiation, and portfolio management, including corporate governance, financial analysis and strategy, people development and acquisition, and corporate strategy. Prior to Vision Ridge, DR worked with Altman Vilandrie & Company, a strategy-consulting firm focused on tech, telecom, and energy. DR graduated from Brown University and serves on a number of private company boards including Powerhouse Dynamics.
